Meet the Humphrey's...

True high school sweethearts, Michael and Linda started their relationship early in high school while attending different schools in different states. Yes, that's right, they lived in different states for the first four years of their relationship and thrived through it all! Michael was living in Whitefish Bay, WI and Linda in La Grange, IL. Linda's charming first text of "What's up?" sure holds its power twelve years later. Young love that endures is perhaps the sweetest thing on the planet.

THE PROPOSAL:

On a vacation with family in Scottsdale, Arizona, the true reign of The Humphrey's began. It was a proposal characterized by views and Veuve. Michael popped the question atop Cambelback Mountain and the rest is history as they say! They were able to celebrate with family after in the glorious Arizonian sun.

WHEN? The Humphrey's made it official on August 14, 2021. Their original date was August 29, 2020, so two rounds of wedding planning later they made it! The above photo was a second engagement shoot taken in Boulder, CO by Bridget Burnett set near their original wedding day in 2020.

WHERE? The ceremony took place at their local Parish, Elmbrook Church in Brookfield. They celebrated in style at The Atrium in Shorewood, WI, a suburb a few minutes from Milwaukee.

DISTINCTIVE

From the floral choices, the unique vintage goblets, and the beautiful archway, the thoughtful design was meant to make a statement. Each element was intertwined with delicate blush accents and contrasting blue groomsmen apparel.

DETAILS

As is often said, it is the little things that make life so big. No details were spared in the planning of their special day. The urban portraits, ornate dress detail, monogrammed suit jackets, and a wide variety of floral frame the picturesque nature of The Humphrey's wedding.
