Day of Coordination
Do you have most of the planning covered? No problem! We have three Day of Coordination packages designed to work with your thoughtful planning and create the best day ever.
60 Day Shine
With our starter Day of Coordination package we are able to hop in two months out, get to know you as a couple and understand your vision prior to the crucial 30 day mark. We consider the 30 day mark crucial as that is when final decisions are being made, payments are being arranged, and RSVPs are solidified. With a month jump on this timeline, we are confident your big day will be everything you imagined and more!

Comprehensive Timeline Creation to include all vendor and wedding party activities

Calls to touch base on planning, task list, and priorities until you are down the aisle- 4 hours of meeting time included.

Wedding Coverage: 1 CBK Lead Wedding Associate and 1 CBK Wedding Associate present to run the wedding day smoothly. Exact schedule to be determined at Provider's discretion when drafting timeline.

This service is by far our most popular add on! It's designed to give you complete peace of mind during the end of night teardown. With our team managing the process, we handle careful packing and storage of all personal belongings and non-vendor items. One CBK Team Member is included in this service.
6 Month Slay
Are you feeling good about your wedding day but would love some extra support leading to the big day? With the 6 Month Slay we are able to assist with many moving pieces up until the wedding day, but are not all hands on deck right away (see Sparkle and Shine Package). This is the perfect package and price point to keep you at ease and coast into your wedding day!

This is our bread and butter, as our holistic approach to wedding planning is best satisfied with this type of planning! Our foundational wedding planning package allows you to get regular access to a dedicated wedding professional as you create your dream day, and actually enjoy the process of getting married! Package contents generally include access for any and all planning inquiries, booking vendors, securing hotel blocks, reviewing contracts, maintaining the CBK Payment Plan Tool, and unlimited vendor meetings, etc.
